We happily accept payments online. So, there is no reason that a new Client can’t pre-pay. We prefer all services are pre-paid. However, if you are a Client that we frequently do business with, we can invoice.If we do invoice a Client, an invoice will be emailed once service is complete. That starts the clock, tick tock tick tock. Once the clock strikes 30 days, that invoice should be paid. If it’s not, we may add a late/administrative fee. We’d rather not do this, so please be timely with your payments.

All major credit cards can be processed day and night and night and day via the website. Where may you ask? Check out the Menu toolbar in the upper right hand corner. If plastic is not your game, please mail a check or money order to:

Address & Attempts

Our rates are for service at one singular address. If we need to saunter to a second address, we will charge a second address fee. This is common amongst all process serving companies. Otherwise, we could be driving all over the state and losing money, which is not ideal.

Have you ever got a soda from a vending machine, drank half and then ask for a refund? Probably not. So, if you hire us for service, you’re not getting a half free soda. In simple terms, refunds will not be issued for any reason.

Our Process

We work for you and won’t sleep until the job is done. Literally, we stay up real late at night and wake up super early serving papers for your firm, trying to locate individuals and communicating with you, our Client. We are available by email 24-7 and answer phones during normal business hours. If you call us late at night, chances are we may answer.We don’t play games like some other process serving companies. A lot of companies like to play hide and seek with their rates. Not us. If you are an Attorney in Florida, the rates below are for you and they will not change….unless we add another office and then our rates will decrease in that area. Between our 19 offices, we cover close to half the state. With our fantastic network of Servers, we cover the entire state and nation. Our rates include four attempts of service. Granted, if we go to a residence to serve papers and we discover the house is completely vacant, going back 3 more times is like beating a dead horse. And we’re animal lovers here at Accurate Serve of Tallahassee. If we make one attempt and the house seems inhabited we will go back at least three more times. Sometimes,our Servers go back 8-10 times. We take pride in our work and the ultimate goal is getting the subjects served, and the sooner the better.The rates below are our standard rates. Rush service is an option and is twice our standard fee. A standard serve will be attempted within a few days and a rush serve will be attempted that day or the next morning, depending on what time we receive the papers and if it is a business to be served or a residence.We know the city of Tallahassee better than anyone else.
